Ordering

  1. Please contact us via one of the following:
    • Tel: 91459567 (9am - 6pm. Kindly note that we may not be able to respond to all calls, and request that you send us an SMS/email so that we can reach you)

  2. When submitting your order, the following are required:
    • Name
    • Contact Number
    • Email Address
    • Order Details: Items & Quantity
    • Preferred Collection Date & Time (see bottom of page)

  3. We will contact you by phone/email within 2 days to confirm the order and provide payment and collection instructions.
    Ordering Terms & Conditions
  • Orders should be made at least 3 days in advance. For large orders and during festive periods, we recommend that orders are submitted early to avoid disappointment.
  • Rush orders may be accommodated depending on schedule. There will be a $10 surcharge for orders submitted less than 3 days in advance.
  • Please note that some items may not be available due to the seasonal nature of ingredients. We will however try our best to meet your order requests.

Payment

  1. Full payment is required upon order confirmation. Kindly note that your order will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

  2. We accept the following modes of payment:
    • Internet/ATM funds transfer to our POSB bank account
    • PayLah or PayNow

Collection/Delivery

  1. Please note that we are a home-based bakery, we do not have a physical shop.

  2. Self-collection will be in the Serangoon Gardens area. Please contact us for further details. Our usual collection hours are from 9am - 5pm, Mondays to Sundays.
